What do you sell?
Vargas QuantumStream is an online store for decorative lighting, including night lights, solar garden lights, and wall lamps. We are operated by VARGAS QUANTUMSTREAM ANALYTICS LLC. We do not provide analytics or software services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options are shown before you complete your purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, following our 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff on business days.
How long does shipping take?
After an order ships, USPS standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 4–10 business days. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and incorrect addresses can add time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $60.00 or more receive free standard USPS shipping. Orders under $60.00 are charged a flat USPS shipping fee of $5.99, shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping or in-store pickup.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, we email the USPS tracking number to the email address used at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for full conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
On approved returns, we cover standard USPS return shipping, including change-of-mind returns and returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Do not ship a return until we confirm the request by email. If you choose a faster service on your own, you pay the extra cost.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@quantumvargas.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item.
