Shipping policy

VARGAS QUANTUMSTREAM ANALYTICS LLC, doing business as Vargas QuantumStream, ships orders to addresses within the United States.

Where we ship from
Orders ship from our registered business address:
116 E 2nd Street, Murray, KY 42071, United States
This is a business shipping location, not a public retail store. We do not offer walk-in shopping or in-store pickup.

Carrier
All shipments are sent with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Order cutoff time
Orders placed and paid by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are processed with that business day’s orders.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a U.S. federal holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Processing time
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the cutoff rules above.

Delivery time
After an order ships, USPS standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 4–10 business days. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and incorrect addresses can add time.

Shipping cost
We charge one flat shipping rate per order, shown at checkout.
Orders of $60.00 or more receive free standard USPS shipping.
Orders under $60.00 are charged a flat USPS shipping fee of $5.99, shown at checkout.

Shipping area
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes if USPS service for that item is unavailable.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email the USPS tracking number to the email address used at checkout.

Undeliverable packages
If USPS returns a package because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email. Additional shipping may apply to resend the order.
