VARGAS QUANTUMSTREAM ANALYTICS LLC (doing business as Vargas QuantumStream) accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for change of mind, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
Return eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition, unless it arrived damaged or defective
- The item is returned with its original packaging and accessories when possible
- You include your order number
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale or clearance on the product page before purchase
- Items used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
How to request a return
Email support@quantumvargas.com with your order number and the reason. Include photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not ship a return until we confirm the request by email.
Return shipping
On approved returns, we cover standard USPS return shipping, including change-of-mind returns and returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. After approval, we send a prepaid USPS label or tell you how postage will be covered. If you choose a faster service on your own, you pay the extra cost. We do not cover return shipping for unapproved returns or items that do not meet this policy.
Where to send approved returns
Use only the USPS prepaid label or the return address we provide after approval. Do not visit our business address in person to drop off a return. That address is not a public store.
Refunds
After we receive the item and confirm it meets this policy, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If you paid outbound shipping on an order under $60.00, that $5.99 shipping charge is refunded when the return is accepted. Free-shipping orders of $60.00 or more are refunded for the merchandise amount.
Damaged or defective items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item.
